Purchases will be fulfilled by an email from us following verification of payment.In the case of our web store this is usually in a matter of minutes after your credit card payment is processed. If you do not receive an email after an hour then please email us.
NOTE: If you do not hear from us then you may have quoted an incorrect email address on your order. Email can also be unreliable. If possible quote an alternative email address when asking for help in case we can’t contact you on your primary email address. Also check any spam filters you have that may be blocking our messages to you. We do reply to all emails we receive usually within 1 or 2 days.
